CODE OF VIRGINIA PENALTY FOR VIOLATION (§ 59.1-191) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $ 250, or punished by imprisonment in jail for not more than six months or by both fine and imprisonment.
