CODE OF VIRGINIA

FRAUD RENDERING CONTRACT VOID (§ 59.1-302)

Any health club contract entered into by the buyer upon any false or misleading
information, representation, notice, or advertisement of the health club or the
health club’s agents shall be void and unenforceable.
