CODE OF VIRGINIA

WAIVER OF PROVISIONS VOID AND UNENFORCEABLE (§ 59.1-303)

Any waiver by the buyer of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed
contrary to public policy and shall be void and unenforceable.
