FEDERAL LAW COMPLIANCE; APPLICATION OF CHAPTER (§ 59.1-310.2)

A tanning device utilized by a tanning facility shall comply with all applicable
federal laws and regulations.  This chapter shall not apply to a phototherapy
device used by or under the supervision of a licensed physician trained in the
use of phototherapy devices.
