CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER; PENALTY (§ 59.1-310.6)

Any person other than a customer, who knowingly and willfully violates any
statute pertaining to the operation of tanning facilities shall be guilty of a
Class 3 misdemeanor.
