CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXEMPTION FROM REGISTRATION UNDER OTHER ACTS (§ 59.1-321)

Any membership camping operator registered with the Commissioner under this
chapter shall not be required to register or comply with the terms and
requirements of the following:

   1.  The Virginia Condominium Act (§ 55-79.39 et seq.).

   2.  The Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act (§ 55-360 et seq.).

   3.  The Virginia Securities Act (§ 13.1-501 et seq.).
