CODE OF VIRGINIA

FEES AND CHARGES (§ 59.1-563)

All fees, charges, and monetary penalties collected by the Department as
provided in this chapter shall be paid into a special fund of the state
treasury. Such funds shall be used to finance the administration and operation
of this chapter.
