SERVICE ON OUT-OF-STATE REGISTRANTS (§ 59.1-92.14)

In any action brought against a nonresident registrant, service may be effected
upon the clerk of the Commission as agent for service of the registrant in
accordance with the procedures established in § 12.1-19.1.
