CODE OF VIRGINIA

PAYMENT OF CIVIL PENALTIES (§ 6.2-106)

Civil penalties paid pursuant to this title, when collected, shall be paid by
the Commission into the treasury of Virginia, in the manner provided for
judgments collected as set forth in § 12.1-35.
