CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICABILITY OF VIRGINIA STOCK AND NONSTOCK CORPORATION ACTS (§ 6.2-1151)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a foreign savings institution
conducting a savings institution business in the Commonwealth shall comply with
the provisions of the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) and
the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) governing the
admission and transaction of business by foreign corporations in the
Commonwealth.
