CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNAPPROVED FOREIGN SAVINGS INSTITUTIONS (§ 6.2-1155)

The Commissioner is authorized to obtain an injunction or to take any other
action necessary to prevent any foreign savings institution from doing any
business of a savings institution in the Commonwealth without appropriate
approval.
