USE OF CERTAIN WORDS IN NAME PROHIBITED (§ 6.2-1402)

An association shall neither use in its corporate name nor do business under a
name containing the word “bank,” “savings bank,”
“banker,” “trust company,” “trust,” or other
word of similar import.
