COMMISSION MAY REGULATE ISSUANCE OF EVIDENCES OF DEBT (§ 6.2-1404)

The Commission may by regulation prescribe the terms and conditions upon which
an association may issue bonds, debentures, or other evidences of debt, however
described, that are offered to the public by advertisement or solicitation.
