EFFECT OF LICENSE REVOCATION, SUSPENSION, OR SURRENDER (§ 6.2-1515)

The revocation, suspension, or surrender of any license shall not impair or
affect the obligation of any preexisting lawful contract between the licensee
and any borrower.
