CODE OF VIRGINIA

REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE (§ 6.2-1516)

The Commission may reinstate any suspended license, or issue a new license to a
person any license of whom has been revoked, if no fact or condition then exists
that clearly would have warranted the Commission to refuse originally to issue a
license under this chapter.
