COPIES OF ORDERS OR LICENSES (§ 6.2-1538)

On application of any person, and payment of the costs, the Commission shall
furnish such person with a certified copy of any order entered or license issued
by it. Such copy shall be prima facie evidence in any court or proceeding of the
fact of the entry of the order or of the issuance of the license.
