CODE OF VIRGINIA

PREEMPTION OF LOCAL LAWS (§ 6.2-2504)

This chapter shall preempt and be exclusive of all ordinances of any locality
relating to refund anticipation loans. This section shall be given retroactive
and prospective effect.
