TRANSFERS ARISING FROM RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP NONTESTAMENTARY (§ 6.2-610)

Any transfers resulting from the application of § 6.2-608 are effective by
reason of the account contracts involved and this article and are not to be
considered as testamentary or subject to Chapter 4 (§ 64.2-400 et seq.) of
Title 64.2.
