CODE OF VIRGINIA

A SAVINGS INSTITUTION HOLDING COMPANY SEEKING TO ACQUIRE A BANK OR BANK HOLDING
COMPANY DEEMED A BANK HOLDING COMPANY (§ 6.2-712)

For purposes of this chapter, any savings institution holding company seeking to
acquire a bank or bank holding company, shall be deemed to be a bank holding
company, for purposes of determining whether such savings institution holding
company is permitted to acquire the bank or bank holding company in question.
