CODE OF VIRGINIA

BANK TO BE MANAGED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS; NUMBER OF DIRECTORS (§ 6.2-860)

The affairs of every bank incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth shall
be managed by a board of directors. The board shall consist of not less than
five individuals.
