CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXAMINATIONS (§ 6.2-898)

The Commission, as often as it deems necessary in the public interest, shall
examine or cause to be examined each bank incorporated under the laws of, and
doing business in, the Commonwealth. Such examination shall be conducted at
least once in every three-year period.
