CODE OF VIRGINIA

COMMUNICATIONS TO BOARD OR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (§ 6.2-905)

Each official communication directed by the Commission or any state bank
examiner to any bank, or to any officer thereof, relating to an examination or
investigation made or caused to be made by the Commission, or containing
suggestions or recommendations as to the conduct of the bank, shall, if required
by the Commission or examiner submitting the communication, be submitted by the
officer or director of the bank receiving it, to the executive committee or
board of directors of the bank. The communication shall be duly noted in the
minutes of the meeting of the board or executive committee.
