REDUCTION OF FEES (§ 6.2-910)

If the Commission is of the opinion that the amounts of the several charges and
fees set forth in § 6.2-908 will produce more revenue than is required to cover
the costs and expenses to be paid from such charges and fees, the Commission, in
its discretion, may reduce on a pro rata basis the amount of such charges and
fees.
