This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Credit Cards..” It is part of Title 6.2, titled “Financial Institutions And Services.” It is part of Subtitle I, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 4, titled “Certain Lending Practices.” It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
