CODE OF VIRGINIA

STATE (§ 60.2-225)

“State” refers to the Commonwealth of Virginia, including land or
premises located therein, owned, held or possessed by the United States, the
states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
