MONEYS IN FUND CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE TO COMMISSION (§ 60.2-317)

The moneys in the Special Unemployment Compensation Administration Fund shall be
continuously available to the Commission for expenditure in accordance with the
provisions of this article.
