CODE OF VIRGINIA

WITNESS EXPENSES (§ 60.2-624)

Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to this chapter shall be allowed expenses at a
rate fixed by the Commission. Such expenses shall be deemed a part of the
expense of administering this title.
