CODE OF VIRGINIA

ACCOUNTS OF WAREHOUSE SALES REQUIRED (§ 61.1-40)

The proprietor of each and every leaf tobacco warehouse doing business in this
Commonwealth shall keep a correct account of the number of pounds of leaf
tobacco sold upon the floor of his warehouse daily.
