CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION (§ 61.1-56)

Any such operator of a warehouse violating the provisions of this chapter shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in
§ 18.2-12.
