CODE OF VIRGINIA

TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PETITION; PARTIES (§ 62.1-108)

Upon the filing of any such petition, the court or judge thereof in vacation
shall set a time and place for hearing the same, which time and place shall be
set forth in the order of publication. Any person affected may appear and be
made a party to such proceeding by leave of court.
