GRANTS OF FUNDS AND PROPERTY (§ 62.1-132.17)

Persons, counties, cities, and towns are hereby authorized to grant, and the
Authority is empowered to accept, funds and property to use, within the scope of
other powers and duties of the Authority, as stipulated by the grantor.
