BOARD MAY REQUIRE INFORMATION FROM PERSONS WITHDRAWING SURFACE WATER (§
62.1-244)

The Board may require any person withdrawing surface water for any purpose in
any surface water management area to furnish information with regard to such
surface water withdrawal and the use thereof.
