GOVERNOR AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO BE ADVISED; ANNUAL REPORT (§ 62.1-44.40)

The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly
on or before October 1 of each year on matters relating to the state’s
water resources policy and the status of the state’s water resources,
including ground water.
