CODE OF VIRGINIA

DISCHARGING FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IMPOSED BY COMPACT OR AGREEMENT (§
63.2-1101)

Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 10 (§ 63.2-1000 et seq.) of this title shall be determined in
accordance with the provision of Article V of the compact. In the event of
partial or complete default of performance thereunder, the provisions of Chapter
19 (§ 63.2-1900 et seq.) of this title may also be invoked.
