CODE OF VIRGINIA

COURT MAY ORDER CERTAIN EXAMINATIONS (§ 63.2-1524)

The court may order psychological, psychiatric and physical examinations of the
child alleged to be abused or neglected and of the parents, guardians,
caretakers or siblings of a child suspected of being neglected or abused.
