CODE OF VIRGINIA

ENFORCEMENT AND SANCTIONS; CHILD WELFARE AGENCIES; REVOCATION AND DENIAL (§
63.2-1709.1)

The Commissioner may revoke or deny the renewal of the license of any child
welfare agency that violates any provision of this subtitle or fails to comply
with the limitations and standards set forth in its license.
