CODE OF VIRGINIA

DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES CREATED (§ 63.2-200)

The Department of Social Services is hereby created in the executive branch
responsible to the Governor. The Department shall be under the supervision and
management of the Commissioner of Social Services.
