LOCAL BOARDS IN COUNTIES HAVING SPECIAL FORMS OF COUNTY GOVERNMENT (§ 63.2-303)

Where the statutes dealing with special forms of county government provide for
the appointment of local boards, the provisions of such statutes shall control.
