EFFECT OF ORDERS OF QUALIFICATION OF BANK AS COMMITTEE OR GUARDIAN (§
64.2-1414)

If a bank qualifies as committee or guardian and the order of qualification
fails to specify that the bank is to be guardian or committee of the person, it
shall be deemed a qualification solely as committee, conservator, or guardian of
the estate.
