TAKING OF BOND BY CLERK OF COURT (§ 64.2-2018)

Whenever this title provides for the appointment of a fiduciary by a circuit
court, the clerk of the court also shall have the authority to take the required
bond, set the penalty thereof, and pass upon the sufficiency of the surety
thereon.
