CODE OF VIRGINIA

USE OF ESTATE OF INCAPACITATED PERSON IN A STATE FACILITY NOT LIMITED BY
PROVISIONS RELATING TO EXPENSES (§ 64.2-2027)

Nothing in Article 2 (§ 37.2-715 et seq.) of Chapter 7 of Title 37.2 shall be
construed to relieve the fiduciary of any individual receiving services in a
state facility from paying to the state facility a sum for extra comforts or to
make it unlawful for the fiduciary to make voluntary gifts that the fiduciary
may deem conducive to the happiness and comfort of the individual.
