DISTRIBUTION TO PERSONS STANDING IN LOCO PARENTIS TO CERTAIN BENEFICIARIES (§
64.2-558)

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a distribution to a person
standing in loco parentis to an incapacitated person or an infant pursuant to
authorization under subdivision B 17 of § 64.2-105 or a comparable provision in
a will or trust instrument may be approved by the commissioner of accounts
without regard to the amount or value of the fund or property.
