POWERS OF COURTS NOT IMPAIRED BY §§ 64.2-736 THROUGH 64.2-740 (§ 64.2-741)

Nothing in §§ 64.2-736 through 64.2-740 shall impair the power of a court of
competent jurisdiction with respect to any such foundation or trust.
