CODE OF VIRGINIA

DIVERSIFICATION BY TRUSTEE (§ 64.2-783)

A trustee shall diversify the investments of the trust unless the trustee
reasonably determines that, because of special circumstances, the purposes of
the trust are better served without diversifying.
