WHEN LIMITATIONS INAPPLICABLE TO INJURIES ARISING OUT OF PNEUMOCONIOSIS (§
65.2-519)

The limitations as to the maximum periods and maximum total amounts listed in
§§ 65.2-500, 65.2-512, and 65.2-518 shall not apply to injuries arising out of
pneumoconiosis.
