CODE OF VIRGINIA

ENFORCEMENT, ETC., OF ORDERS AND AWARDS (§ 65.2-710)

Orders or awards of the Commission may be recorded, enforced, and satisfied as
orders or decrees of a circuit court upon certification of such order or award
by the Commission.  The Commission shall certify such order or award upon
satisfactory evidence of noncompliance with the same.
