INSURER TO FURNISH WRITTEN EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE ON REQUEST (§ 65.2-814)

Upon request of its insured, every insurer against liability arising under this
title shall furnish to such insured, within five working days of receipt of said
request, a certificate or other writing evidencing the effective coverage
afforded such insured.  Any insurer violating the provisions of this section
shall be punished by a fine of $ 500.
