CODE OF VIRGINIA

GROUP SELF-INSURANCE ASSOCIATION REQUIRED TO FURNISH WRITTEN EVIDENCE OF
MEMBERSHIP (§ 65.2-815)

Upon request of any member employer, a group self-insurance association shall
furnish to such employer a certificate of membership or other written evidence
of membership.
