CODE OF VIRGINIA REPEAL OF LIMITATION NOT TO REMOVE BAR OF STATUTE (§ 8.01-234) If, after a right of action or remedy is barred by a statute of limitations, the statute be repealed, the bar of the statute as to such right or remedy shall not be deemed to be removed by such repeal.
