ELECTRONIC FILINGS IN CIVIL ACTIONS IN CIRCUIT COURT (§ 8.01-271.01)

Electronic filings in civil actions and proceedings in the circuit court shall
be governed by Article 4.1 (§ 17.1-258.2 et. seq.) of Chapter 2 of Title 17.1
and applicable Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
